Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to provide in a campaign form, such as contact details, eligibility information, nominations, and other answers requested for that initiative. We also record submission timing, status, consent choices, and limited administrative history needed to operate the program.
How we use it
Global Restoration Center uses this information to administer community campaigns, review eligibility, prevent misuse or duplicate submissions, communicate about a submission, maintain program records, and improve community-outreach operations.
Consent and communications
Submitting a campaign form does not automatically enroll you in promotional communications. Optional marketing consent is recorded separately and may be withdrawn by contacting us.
Access and sharing
We do not sell submission information. Access is limited to authorized team members and service providers that support the portal, subject to appropriate account and platform controls. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect people and the integrity of a campaign.
Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for campaign administration, follow-up, accountability, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by campaign. Records that are no longer needed may be securely deleted or anonymized under an approved organizational retention process.
